Meet Karina and Whitney, your Denver Doula Support Team!

Karina Costantino, Birth and Postpartum Doula (she/her)

I became a Doula in 2013 during my struggle with infertility. I discovered that folks who wanted to begin this journey needed way more support than what was being offered. Birth is transformational and a sacred time in a persons life, every voice and body should be heard and supported. I come from a family of strong, healing and nurturing Latina and Jewish women. I use their guidance and strength to help advocate, empower and hold space for my families. I am humbled and grateful to be a Doula and look forward to supporting you!

Whitney Buckendorf, Birth and Postpartum Doula(She/They)

I found my way into the birth space after working as a social worker, seeking deeper connection with individuals I have the honor to work with. I embrace the innate cultural and diverse aspects of birth to provide inclusive and intentional care to the birthing individual, babe, and family.

Through prenatal, birth, postpartum, and lactation support; I strive to provide wholistic care by centering autonomy. I believe every person should have access to a doula no matter their identity, financial situation, or birth preferences.
