Partner Education-$300 (in person or via Zoom)

Not looking for a Doula but wanting a partner, friend or family member to support you? Join us for our 2 hour partner support class.

Benefits of Partner Education-

  • we will provide information and resources on labor and emotional support

  • support person will have an understanding of what to expect in the birth space and how to support their partner, friend or family member

  • support person will know how and when to advocate for birthing persons choices

Ebb and Flow Birth Doula- $1800

We have expertise in supporting partners and siblings, Fertility Support (IVF and IUI families), loss and grief, birth center births, and homebirths.

We are currently not supporting families in a hospital environment. Although we deeply respect the choice to give birth in a hospital, we as Doulas have found that our type of support is rooted in the culture and care of the birth center and homebirth models.

Benefits of hiring an Ebb and Flow Birth Doula-

  • Prenatal visit to prepare for labor and birth.

  • Emotional and physical support to families during labor and birth.

  • Help you make informed decisions regarding your baby's birth.

  • Provide reassurance and perspective, make suggestions for the labor journey and help with relaxation, massage, positioning and other techniques for your comfort.  

  • Provide support via phone/email/text for the duration of pregnancy

  • On call care starting at 37 weeks

  • One postpartum visits including a meal, light house work, feeding and sleep support.

Ebb and Flow 4th Trimester Support-$35 hr

This package includes, emotional and physical support for families during the nesting period at home. 

Benefits of hiring an Ebb and Flow Postpartum Doula- 

  • Debriefing after birth

  • Light housework and meal preparation. We will respect all dietary needs and prepare meals with an emphasis on postpartum recovery. 

  • Assistance with baby care during the transition from birth to home. Taking a nap is a must!

  • Companionship. Sometimes you just need an extra pair of hands or someone to tell you, “You’re not alone, I am here to help!”

  • Assistance with siblings and pets.
